CHALLENGE
- International Partnership programme support scattered and inconsistent
- Materials supporting Partnership programme inaccessible and inconsistent
- Awareness of the offices and partners of what is available and how and where to use the materials
SOLUTION
- Design and development of a multilingual website for internal use centralising all materials for all 13 language regions of the Partnership programme
- Design and development of internal campaign to market the new resource centre and educate about the system and materials
RESULTS
- Immediate adoption of the centralised system by the offices followed by fast partners’ adoption
- Increase in engagement with partners resulting in increase of sales in long run
- Success of the marketing campaign led to request by other offices to translate it into other languages and launch internationally
