  • Conceptual and structural review of the current platform to identify a new structure and features for the platform to be able to clearly deliver company’s vision, benefits and user centred product

RESULTS

  • All 3 directors brought to agreement on the approach of the growth of the platform and business itself
  • Immediate increase in users engagement and fast growth of new subscriptions due to clarity of the message, benefits and the platform features
  • Second round of investment received allowing for further acceleration of the growth and development of the platform
